X (formerly Twitter) is a social media and microblogging platform that, since its 2022 rebrand, has been expanding toward an "everything app"; but that expansion has outpaced its interface. I ran a heuristic evaluation against Nielsen's 10 usability heuristics to find where the app leans too hard on the user's memory or breaks its own patterns.
